I am currently attending East Washington University for Elementary Education.
I enjoy playing guitar, video and board games, visiting friends and family, taking my dogs on walks, doing epic Bible studies with my Christian brothers and any sport people want to play, especially rock climbing.
I wanted to join the team because I love working with children. I've been told I'm a great role model figure for them and I hope to encourage them in their faith and play some games with them.This is also a great opportunity to go boldly with Christ to a new country and practice my obedience to Him. I'm not sure what my future will look like exactly, but I'm excited to see how this trip could impact my life.
I would appreciate prayer for a willing heart that is full of the power of Jesus, so I am read to take on what lies ahead. For example, if I start to doubt myself, have fears about the trip or if I run into money or health problems. Pray that I will believe Jesus is for me and nothing is against me!
